Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products, bonnets, and scrunchies are final sale.

How to return:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
