Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Final Sale Items — Hair Accessories
For hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:

Hairbands and other hair accessories
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@maajdesigns.shop with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrectly shipped items: We cover the return shipping cost

Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping cost
No restocking fees apply.
Refund Method & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
