Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unused

• Unaltered

• Free of stains, perfumes, or damage

• In original packaging

• With tags still attached

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Masks

• Scrunchies

• Hair bonnets

• Headwraps

• Custom orders

• Sale or clearance items

Please review product descriptions for any additional items that are exempt from return.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@maajdesigns.shop with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return or exchange

• The reason for your request

Once approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.
