We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unused
Tags must be attached
Must be in original condition & packaging

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Hair bonnets
Headbands
Lanyards & accessories

🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include a photo for faster resolution

We’ll gladly replace or refund your order at no extra cost
