Exchanges + Returns

At Maaj Designs, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. Whether it’s the fit, the color, or simply a change of heart, we’re here to help you navigate the process of exchanges and returns with ease and support.

Our return policy allows you a generous 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return. We believe in making this process as straightforward as possible, so here’s what you need to know:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as you’ll need it to initiate the return.

Starting a return is simple! Just reach out to us at maajdesigns2@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please remember that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted, so it’s essential to follow this step.

We also want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We’re committed to resolving any issues and ensuring you have a positive experience.

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Certain items, such as masks, scrunchies, hair bonnets, headwraps, and sale items, are considered final sale and cannot be returned. If you have any questions about whether an item is returnable, don’t hesitate to reach out!

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once we’ve processed your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This way, you won’t have to wait for the exchange to be processed before getting your hands on something new!
